Agriculture in telangana region:
1) In 1956, there used to be only 230 pump sets in telangana. it became 17 lakhs by 1996.
2) it costs about one lakh rupees to former in telangana for digging well or bore well or pipes, motors, electricity connection etc.
3) a farmer who depend on bore wells needs electricity connection and electricity charges show lot of impact on the farmers.
4) Majority of farmers in telangana region depend on borer wells for agriculture and electricity charges impact them.
Agriculture in andhra region:
1) andhra farmer need not invest on the canals for agriculture as the govt itself constructed projects and supplied water through canals.
2) the farmers need to pay a minimal of Rs. 200 as water charges per year.
3) they need not bear any electricity charges.
4) Majority of the andhra farmers depend on canal irrigation.
